The purpose of this letter is to confirm with you that your deadline for compliance is April 21, 1997. I have received copies of the correspondence which you have received from the Engineering and Transportation Department regarding your continued failure to comply with the Grading Ordinance. Please understand that separate enforcement proceedin,s can be initiated for non-compliance with the. Grading Ordinance. Please work closely with Andrew Gaber and Ken Vogney to make sure that you are complying with all requirements. A City Council public hearing will be scheduled immediately following after the April 21, 1997 deadline. At the hearing, Staff will update the City Council regarding your compliance with all conditions of the Conditional Use Permit, Grading Ordinance and other City regulations. If you are not in full compliance, the City Council can act to revoke your permit and require that you cease activity on the site.
