IG Industrial General Zoning District. <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br />At their July 18, 2002 hearing, the Board of Zoning Adjustments held a hearing to consider the <br />issue of CU-93-14. Staff bought this matter to the Board as a result of complaints that the <br />operator, C & G Contractors, was operating the site in a manner that did not comply with the <br />conditions of this use permit. <br />Testimony was taken at this hearing from staff and the applicant. As a result of this testimony, a <br />motion was made to continue the meeting to the August 1st date, and staff was directed to draft a <br />resolution for revocation of CU-93-14.
