Appointment of Mike 2 March 18, 2002 <br />MacArthur Blvd., the property owner of Our Spot Barber Shop, and Mr. Jeff Kerry, <br />owner of property at 1269 MacArthur Blvd. Mr. Boyle was the only individual who <br />expressed interest in serving on the committee. Staff understands that Mr. Boyle was out <br />of the county during the election process and as a result did not run for this position. Mr. <br />Boyle having served on the RAC for the last three years representing MacArthur <br />Boulevard Property Owners is fully aware of the role and responsibility of the RAC. <br />Mr. Boyle's recommended appointment has been approved by the RAC. Therefore, it is <br />recommended that the City Council appoint Mike Boyle to the RAC to fill the current <br />vacancy. <br />Current City Council Policy <br />The San Leandro City Council adopted Resolution 2001-105 on July 2, 2001, adopting <br />new guidelines for the West San Leandro/MacArthur Boulevard Redevelopment <br />Advisory Committee (RAC).
