CONCLUSION <br />It is recommended that the City Council adopt a resolution supporting equal opportunity <br />in San Leandro and eliminating the use of the term "minority" in City of San Leandro <br />programs, services, documents and operations, except when necessary for state or federal <br />processes. <br />
