Supplemental funding through <br />programs such as HOME or HUD Section 202 (senior housing) should be pursued to <br />cover the costs associated with conversion of the existingfacility, or its replacement <br />with new affordable housing. <br />Development of the 2.2-acre BART parking lot site on the east side of San Leandro <br />Boulevard at West Juana Street with no fewer than 80 units of housing, including a <br />significant component of affordable units.
