Quantified Objectives for Goal 56 Provide rehabilitation assistance to an average of 50 lower income homeowners a year between 2002 and 2006, either through the Minor Home Repair Program or the Owner - Assisted Rehabilitation Program. Provide rehabilitation assistance to a minimum of one mobile home park and at least 20 mobile home owners by June 30, 2006. Rehabilitate at least 100 units of rental housing through the apartment rehabilitation program (or its successor, in the event the program is discontinued) by June 30, 2006.
