Housing Element Update <br />July 15, 2002 <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The Housing Element Update is already included as part of the approved <br />Community Development work program and covered in the approved contract for <br />the General Plan Update effort. There is no additional fiscal impact. <br />Budget Authority <br />See above. <br />Attachments: <br />Preliminary Draft Housing Element <br />CONCLUSION <br />The Housing Element Update will conclude the last piece of the comprehensive <br />General Plan Update that began in January 1999.
