Section 33413(c)(2)(A) specifies that pursuant to an adopted program, which includes but is not limited to an equity sharing <br />program, agencies may permit the sales of owner -occupied units prior to the expiration of the period of the land use controls <br />established by the agency. Agencies must deposit sale proceeds into the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund and within <br />three (3) years from the date of unit sales, expend funds to make affordable an equal number of units at the same income level as <br />the units sold. <br />a.
