City. of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency <br />Property Report <br />The City of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency owns the following properties: <br />1. Assessor Parcel Number 75-0036-052-00 (Corp Yard Site): This is a 7.8 acre <br />commercial site located on the north-east corner of San Leandro Boulevard and <br />Davis Street. A Final DDA was approved for sale and development as an office <br />complex. <br />2. Assessor Parcel Number 75-0148-005-00: A 2,871 square foot site at 1016 Davis <br />Street. <br />3. Assessor Parcel Number 77-0226-010-00: A 4.4 acre parcel used for public <br />parking in Plaza 1. <br />4. Assessor Parcel Number 77-0545-24-00 and-025-00: Two parcels located at 1490 <br />1446 Washington Avenue (respectively) used for public parking in Plaza 1. <br />5. Assessor Parcel Number 77-0545-018: A parcel at 1433 East 14"' Street used for <br />public parking for an adjacent commercial development. <br />6. Assessor Parcel Number 77-0545-09: A 4,500 square foot lot on the northeast <br />corner of Washington Avenue and West Joaquin Avenue used for public parking <br />at Plaza 1. <br />Properties acquired during the 1999-00 Fiscal Year: <br />1. Assessor Parcel Number 76-273-27-2, 76-273-25, 76-274-24; 232 E. 14t' Street, <br />used for ABHOW development project. <br />This report is produced in compliance with Health and Safety Code 33080.4. <br />
