The proposed project has been reviewed according to the standards and requirements of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and an Initial Study Checklist Form has <br />been prepared with a determination that the project will not have a significant impact on the <br />environment. The Checklist concludes that implementation of the proposed project would <br />either result in no impact or impacts that are considered less than significant without <br />mitigation. <br />W. All written comments <br />regarding this Negative Declaration must be received by the City of San Leandro, Development <br />Services Division, 835 E. 14`h Street, San Leandro, California 94577, no later than 5:00 P.M., <br />February 14, 2001. <br />A Board of Zoning Adjustments meeting has been set for February 15, 2001, and a Planning <br />Commission meeting has been set for March 8, 2001. Written and oral comments may also be <br />made during this public meeting. For this project, both the Board of Zoning Adjustments and the <br />Planning Commission will be making their recommendations for action by the City Council, which <br />is the decisionmaking body.
