The proposed project will result in the clean-up of a site contaminated with <br />hazardous substances and will create a new residential neighborhood which will be compatible <br />with the existing adjacent residential development. The architecture of the development will be <br />very attractive and of a high quality. The Planning Commission and staff recommend approval <br />of the proposed residential development. <br />15 <br />
