Two of the homes will be townhomes, while the others will be <br />standard single-family homes. The 2.57-acre project site would be rezoned from IP Industrial Park District, to RS(PD) Residential Single - <br />Family, Planned Development Overlay District in order to facilitate this development. The three existing parcels will be subdivided into a <br />total of 18 parcels, ranging in size from approximately 3,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet in size. The homes will range in size from <br />Home size would be approximately 1,344 square feet per townhome and between 2,557 and 3,054 square feet per standard single-family <br />home. <br />This is to advise that the City of San Leandro, Lead Agency, has approved the above described project on September 17. 2001 and <br />has made the following determinations regarding the above -described project: <br />1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />2. A Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. <br />3. Mitigation measures were made a condition of the approval of the project. <br />4. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project. <br />5.
