First is the specific remedial actions listed <br />in the conditions of approval are a minimum. The final remedial requirements shall be detailed <br />in a remedial action plan approved by the Environmental Services Division or the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board. The second additional condition would require the applicant to <br />record deed restrictions on each created parcel prohibiting the excavation of soil or the use of <br />groundwater, should residual concentrations of chemicals of concern in soil or groundwater <br />exceed the approved residential cleanup standards. <br />Code Compliance Review <br />Not applicable. <br />Board/Commission Findings <br />The Planning Commission reviewed this application at its meetings on July 12, 2001.
