The project site would be rezoned from CC Community Commercial District, <br />to RM2500 PD Residential Multi -Family, Planned Development Overlay District in order to facilitate this development. The two <br />existing parcels will be subdivided into a total of six parcels, ranging in size from approximately 1,750 square feet to 2,699 square <br />feet in size. Home size would be approximately 1,942 square feet per dwelling unit. <br />This is to advise that the City of San Leandro, Lead Agency, has approved the above described project on September 4, 2001 and <br />has made the following determinations regarding the above -described project: <br />1. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment. <br />2. A Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA. <br />3. Mitigation measures were made a condition of the approval of the project. <br />4. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project. <br />5.
