Total Unit Count for the Site Would be 5 Units, Which Includes an Existing, Single -Family, Residential Residence; 244 Harlan Street, North Side of Harlan Street Between Washington Avenue and Clarke Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 75-73-3-3; C. Witherspoon, Applicant; D. Williams, Property Owners; RD Residential Duplex District. The City Council continued the matter of PLN2001-00043 to the November 5, 2001, City Council Meeting. Flynn to the Human Resources Commission At Large).
