Discussion <br />continued regarding the sunset clause and how it would be administered. <br />Although there were certain aspects of the ordinance that City Council <br />Members did agree were a good start, the overall consensus was that the <br />proposal before the City Council did not adequately reflect the <br />commitments made by the City Council during the Measure G Initiative <br />campaign. <br />Matter of PLN2001-00043; Rezone from RD Residential Duplex District to <br />83 <br />10-15-01 <br />1099 <br />RM2000 (PD) Residential Multi -Family Planned Development Overlay <br />1009 <br />District; and Planned Development to Convert Existing Garage/Storage Area <br />of a Tri-Plex to a New Two -Bedroom Residential Unit. Total Unit Count for <br />the Site Would be 5 Units, Which Includes an Existing, Single -Family, <br />Residential Residence; 244 Harlan Street, North Side of Harlan Street Between <br />Washington Avenue and Clarke Street, Assessor's Parcel Number 75-73-3-3; <br />C. Witherspoon, Applicant; D. Williams, Property Owners; RD Residential <br />Duplex District. The City Council continued the matter of PLN2001-00043 <br />to the November 5, 2001, City Council Meeting. <br />Human Resources Commission, Matter of Nomination of Member to (At <br />84 <br />10-15-01 <br />2024 <br />Large) — Joseph T. Flynn. The City Council approved the nomination of <br />Joseph T. Flynn to the Human Resources Commission At Large). <br />City Council Consensus (Reports on City Council Committees, Item 73.2.a., <br />-- <br />10-15-01 <br />2108 <br />City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />October 2, 2001.). That the City continue to work with the Arroyo High <br />School Video Academy. Approved by consensus. <br />City Council Consensus (Reports on City Council Committees, Item 7.B.2.b., <br />-- <br />10-15-01 <br />1800 <br />City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee Meeting of <br />October 2, 2001.). That the City Council review the City's existing policy <br />regarding charging non-residents for library cards. That the Senior Emergency <br />2790 <br />Services Coordinator, Alameda County Office of Emergency Services (OES), <br />become a member of the Disaster Council representing the Operational Area. <br />Approved by consensus. <br />
