2001 MINUTE ORDER LOG <br />Minute <br />Order File <br />No. Date No. Motion <br />Page 19 <br />City Council and Mayoral Compensation, Matter of Amendment to <br />88 <br />11-05-01 <br />1315 <br />Ordinances Establishing (Establishes the salary of City Council Members at <br />$1,050.00 per month and the compensation of the Mayor at $2,000.00 per <br />month effective January 1, 2003; and establishes compensation of $30.00 per <br />meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro for <br />Members of the Agency in attendance effective upon adoption of ordinance.) <br />The City Council, by a majority vote of the Council, referred the matter <br />back to the Rules & Communications Committee, with direction to come <br />back with a policy regarding the base salary of the Mayor and guidelines <br />for increases in that base salary. <br />Real Property Transfer Tax, Matter of Discussion Regarding Matter of <br />89 <br />11-05-01 <br />1170 <br />Modifications, Providing for Rebates and Additional Exemptions. The City <br />1413 <br />Council, by consensus, directed staff to bring back an Urgency Ordinance <br />2318 <br />for consideration at the November 19, 2001 City Council Meeting that <br />would incorporate the modifications agreed upon during discussion. <br />City Council Consensus (Reports on City Council Committees, Item 7.B.I.b., <br />-- <br />11-05-01 <br />-- <br />Facilities Committee Meeting of October 16, 2001.). Committee recommends <br />approval of the contract with Marta Thoma, Artwork consultant for the <br />Marina/Neptune Intersection Improvements on November 5. 2001. Approved <br />by consensus. <br />Matter of PLN2001-00056; Planned Development; to Construct an 11-Unit, <br />90 <br />11-19-01 <br />1099/ <br />Residential Condominium Building; the Units Will Be for Sale as Individual <br />1009 <br />Units; a Parking Garage Will Be Constructed Beneath the Proposed Units; 82 <br />Chumalia Street (Northwest Corner of Chumalia and Hyde Streets); Assessor's <br />Parcel Numbers 77-446-1-2 and 77-446-2; Hunt Hale & Jones Architects, <br />Applicant; Maybelle Properties, LLC, Property Owners; RM-1800 (PD) <br />Residential Multi -Family, Planned Development Overlay District. The City <br />Council approved the Planned Development; PLN2001-00056 to construct <br />an 11-unit, residential condominium building; the units will be for sale as <br />individual units; a parking garage will be constructed beneath the <br />proposed units at 82 Chumalia Street (northwest corner of Chumalia and <br />Hyde Streets); Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77-446-1-2 and 77-446-2; Hunt <br />Hale & Jones Architects, Applicant; Maybelle Properties, LLC, Property <br />Owners; RM-1800 (PD) Residential Multi -Family, Planned Development <br />Overlay District; Subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval. <br />
