This <br />would allow the development of a church sanctuary with a seating capacity <br />of 807 people to be built on the site. A 154-car parking lot is also included <br />in this plan. 577 Manor Boulevard; Assessor's Parcel Number 80H-1520-3- <br />5; G. Mortara (Faith Fellowship Foursquare Church) (applicant and property <br />owner); CG Commercial General. <br />Faith Fellowship Foursquare Church, located at 577 Manor Boulevard, submitted a plan <br />to build a new sanctuary building on the adjoining property, the former Faria Brothers <br />hardware store site at 519 Manor Boulevard. The previous application was heard on <br />October 28, 1999 and was continued to allow the church to address Commission concerns <br />regarding parking, traffic, lighting, freeway noise and building location. The church has <br />redesigned the proposal to reflect these concerns, including a reduction in the seating <br />capacity. This proposal was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission at <br />their March 23, 2000 meeting (MSC Collier/Mahoney, 4 Ayes, 0 Noes, 1 Recused <br />(Chin),1 Absent (Ravenstad)). <br />I YTel "ItTel110-C <br />The subject property is zoned RS(PD) and was developed with the existing church in <br />1991. The property was previously developed with a property management office along <br />Manor Boulevard and with large vehicle storage, such as RV's, in the back. The existing <br />church building is 9,218 square feet in area and is located on a 0.88-acre site.
