Parking that conforms to the Zoning Code requirement will be developed <br />for the office use. The office building will be substantially remodeled and landscaping <br />installed to enhance its appearance from Bancroft Avenue and the surrounding residential <br />properties. The dwelling unit will be enlarged and remodeled as a single family home on <br />its own parcel. The applicant proposes filing a Parcel Map to split the property into two <br />parcels. One of the parcels will contain the office building and parking and the other the <br />single family home. When the parcel map is approved and recorded, the applicant plans <br />to sell the single family home. <br />
