Bell, KBC Family Life <br />Ministries; CC Community Commercial District. <br />SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATION <br />It is recommended by the Planning Commission, after a public hearing, that the City Council <br />approve the rezoning of this property from CC Community Commercial District to CC (PD) <br />Community Commercial Planned Development Overlay District. The rezoning allows KBC <br />Family Life Ministries to proceed with the planned development for use of the property by the <br />church. <br />The Planning Commission also recommends, after a public hearing, that the City Council approve <br />the planned development allowing the church use of the existing building on the property, subject <br />to the attached Findings of Fact and recommended Conditions of Approval. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Current City Council Policy <br />• The Zoning Code permits churches in residential districts subject to conditional use approval. <br />1'7 <br />
