The letter requests the City Council amend Condition XI of PD-98-3 to reflect the <br />number of units in the revised plan. The revised condition states that the developer provide a <br />total of ten affordable units including four affordable to very low-income households and six <br />affordable to moderate -income households. <br />Staff recommends approval of PD-98-3 with the requested amendment to Condition XI, as <br />requested by the applicant. <br />Attachment: <br />Letter from Trumark Companies, dated July 19, 1999 <br />
