Inclusionary Condition <br />The project is located in the Joint County of Alameda -City of San Leandro <br />Redevelopment Project Area, Pursuant to the housing production requirements <br />set forth in Health and Safety Code Section 3314(b)(2), Developer sball ensure <br />that at least 15% of the units shall be available at affordable housing costs to <br />persons or households of low or moderate income. Developer shall provide a <br />total of either -ten affordable unit including four affordable to very low- <br />income households and five -six affordable to moderate -income households or a <br />. (et. seq) <br />Tnimatk would be pleased if staff could perform the above change during tonight's City Council <br />hearing at 7:00 PM.
