.���... ice. i��� �•.w� i i ii��, in,v� �.,vi a ni rLL� <br />July 14,1999 <br />Hanson Rom <br />Planning Manager <br />San Leandro Development Services Department <br />835 East 14th Street <br />San Leandro, CA 94577 <br />Re: Chapman Place Application — PD98-3 <br />Dear Mr. Hom: <br />After a re -review of the conditions of approval Trumark has concerns regarding the open language <br />included under section X, General Conditions, subsection L, Trumark realizes that the staff report has <br />already been completed and would lilm to know if the following revised condition reflects the intent of <br />condition currently included in the staff report, <br />L, Prior to entering into an agreement for use of the City owned property for access <br />to the project from Fremont Avenue, the developer shall agree in writing to make <br />reasonable modifications to the ei sting buildings on the Service Center site <br />adjacent to the east property line for opposes of mitigating flap sound impact <br />on flig flrture resddences, including a1•ti®l building relocation/addition and <br />installation of roll -up doors on the west building wall, and any other Leaaonable <br />UuildinQ improvements negotiated by the Public Works Director, details subject <br />to approval of the City Engineer and Public Works Director. <br />Since we will be negotiating the access agreement with staff in the near future, and conditions can <br />outlast staff in some cases, Trumark simply wishes to reaffu n the intent of the condition.
