CU-99-4 Appeal - 6 - July 27, 1999
CONCLUSION
The City Council has two choices. It could make a motion to approve CU-99-4 subject to the
recommended findings and the attached list of conditions, which would constitute a reversal of the
BZA action. Alternatively, the City Council could choose to deny the use permit based on the
findings for denial, which would uphold the BZA action. The City Council could further direct
staff to study possible zoning provisions to avoid over -concentration of such uses and to report
back to the City Council on declaring a possible moratorium on approval of similar uses.
ATTACHMENTS
Exhibit A - Minutes from the Board of Zoning Adjustments Meeting, 5/20/99
Exhibit B - Staff memo to the Board of Zoning Adjustments, 5/14/99 (includes the applicant's
supporting statement, recommended conditions of approval, vicinity map and site
plans.)
