HIGH PRIORITY <br />DRevise Master Plan of City Streets to include: <br />• Extension of Fairway Drive and Aladdin <br />Avenue to San Leandro Blvd <br />• Connect Davis Street to Williams and Merced <br />along Timothy (Proposed Westgate Parkway) <br />• Improve circulation of traffic in industrial area <br />• Reduce industrial traffic through the Timothy <br />neighborhood and reduce traffic congestion on <br />Davis Street <br />Extend Polvorosa Street to Neptune Drive & I • Keep industrial traffic off of the residential <br />Cul-de-sac Aurora Drive and Neptune Dri, e. sections of Williams Street and Neptune Drive <br />Enhance traffic monitoring and enforcement: <br />• On -going monitoring of intersection movement <br />• Improve signal timing on Fairway Drive and <br />Marina Blvd <br />• Analyze signal phasing to reduce red light <br />runners <br />• Increased enforcement of existing traffic rules, <br />including truck routes <br />• Reduce traffic congestion and facilitate traffic <br />flow <br />• Improve flow of traffic and trucks through <br />Fairway Drive and Marina Blvd intersection <br />• Increase vehicle and pedestrian safety <br />• Reduce truck traffic in residential areas, <br />improve pedestrian and vehicle safety <br />• Maintain/increase City participation in regional • Ensure City input in regional transit issues that <br />traffic discussions (i.e. Metropolitan Transit impact San Leandro <br />Commission) <br />to <br />
