IMMEDIATE PRIORITY <br />6. Provide sound mitigation for the following <br />areas. Mitigation may include, buffers, <br />landscaping, soundwalls, double paned windows, <br />etc: <br />• Williams Street, between Doolittle Drive and <br />Aurora Avenue <br />• Menlo Street <br />• Davis West <br />• Timothy neighborhood <br />7. Develop, and pursue, a unified strategy to <br />address Oakland Airport impacts: <br />• Lobby State to enforce Airport noise standards <br />• Pursue "Quiet Hours" Program <br />• Reduce impact on residential properties from <br />noise from trains, trucks, traffic and <br />incompatible uses. <br />• Reduce airport noise <br />• Reduce airport noise <br />• Study alternatives to reduce impact of overnight . Reduce late night and early morning noise <br />cargo operations conducted on the north and <br />south fields <br />• Encourage implementation and monitor Airport .
