Next Steps <br />The West San Leandro Advisory Committee worked diligently to develop strategies to address <br />the challenges facing the west San Leandro area. <br />Now that the recommendations have been developed, the Committee will request that the City <br />Council adopt the report. Once adopted by the City Council, the recommendations will be used <br />by the City Council, City Staff and community members to guide City initiatives in the west San <br />Leandro area. In addition, Committee members will serve as ambassadors bringing their vision <br />to the community and continuing the dialogue. <br />This project is a testament to the ability of community members to come together with a <br />diversity of interests and achieve consensus regarding the future of their neighborhood. <br />M <br />
