At this <br />point, staff believes that it is premature to indicate preliminary approval of left -turn <br />outs from this driveway until these plans are submitted. <br />IX.E For most construction sites in the City, staff has limited truck hauling to the hours <br />between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, Engineering staff is agreeable to allowing truck <br />hauling to occur between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for this project given the proximity of the <br />site to the freeway. Truck hauling on Sundays would continue to be prohibited. <br />XLB The Planning Commission agreed with staff s recommendation to not allow a <br />monument sign along Embers Way for the self -storage facility.
