A copy of the October 7, 1999 Planning <br />Commission Staff report and the minutes of the October 14, 1999 Planning Commission meeting <br />are attached for your review. <br />The Planning Commission at its October 14, 1999 meeting, voted to recommend to the City <br />Council approval of the zoning reclassification A-99-3 and Planned Development PD-99-3, <br />together with Vesting Map Tract 7133 and the negative declaration with a condition requiring <br />automatic garage door openers (Col ier/Burpee; 6Asyes, 0 Noes; I Absent -Reed). <br />It is recommended that the City Council take the following action: <br />■ By motion adopt the Negative declaration <br />■ Adopt the Ordinance for rezoning the property from P Professional to RM-2500 (PD) <br />Residential Multi -Family Planned Development Overlay District. <br />■ By motion approve the Planned Development to develop the property with 11 ownership - <br />housing units, subject to the attached findings and conditions of approval. <br />95 <br />
