John Jermanis - 2 - December 14, 1999 <br />Fiscal Impact: During the course of the budget review, it became apparent that some of <br />the aggregate line items were too low when split among seven accounts (e.g., Books/Tapes, Film <br />Development, and Misc. Supplies). Adjustments were proposed accordingly which resulted in a <br />$2,300 overall increase in the total budget allocation. <br />CONCLUSION <br />The Rules and Communications Committee recommends that the City Council approve this item <br />at its December 20, 1999 meeting.
