The City Council adopted the West San Leandro Advisory <br />Committee Report and Recommendations dated July 6,1999, and <br />authorized staff to proceed with a series of public outreach meetings. <br />City Council Members' Handbook; Matter of Amendment No. 3 to the <br />61 <br />09-07-99 <br />2850 <br />Council Members' Handbook, Adding "Guidelines for the Mayor and City <br />Council Travel" to Section I, page 4. The City Council <br />approved, in concept, the Revised Site Plan for the Hotel/Self-Storage <br />Facility and Referred the Applications for the Rezoning (A-99-2) and the <br />Planned Development (PD-99-2) back to the Planning Commission for a <br />Public Hearing and recommendation to the City Council. <br />
