Once the resolution has been <br />adopted, we would like for you to mail a copy to each of them, as well as provide us with <br />a copy of the adopted resolution and any transmittal letter to the above entities/individuals. <br />Because this is a complex issue, the District is prepared to attend your agency's meeting <br />to explain Caltrans' proposal, the District's concerns regarding it, and why this issue is <br />important to your agency and entire Bay Region. <br />If you have any questions regarding this resolution, I will be happy to answerthem.
