Ctr., Library, PWSC (PWSC includes all tree trimmings, <br />park trimmings and mowings, weeds from streets and medians, asphalt from street <br />repair, concrete from sidewalk repair, Bancroft Avenue) <br />• Refuse collection and representation at all City or City -sponsored events (e.g., <br />Sausage & Suds; Shoreline Run, Summer Reading Carnival; Miracle on E.14a' Street, <br />Cherry Festival; etc.) <br />• Set times for collection (i.e., out of commercial and industrial areas by 7:00 a.m. and <br />cannot enter residential areas until 7:00 or 8:00 a.m.) <br />• Coordinate with SL Recycling, if necessary <br />• Advance notification to all customers regarding collection schedule changes <br />• Mandatory return of containers to their proper place even if the business/resident does <br />not put it out or the container is blocked <br />• Push all front loader boxes to the truck pick up point and return the box to the <br />owner's designated location <br />• Responsible for payment of the cost of repair to any street damaged by vehicle fluids <br />(hydraulic, motor oil, brake oil) <br />• Backyard service as customer paid surcharge <br />• Possibility of buying out recycling? <br />• Automated service <br />• Front load containers to be pushed by customer to accessible location for truck to <br />collect <br />• Contractor to maintain contractor -provided drop boxes and front load containers to <br />specific standards set by City <br />--1�?9 <br />
