City-wide Color <br />Spots - continued <br />(General) <br />Public Works (continued) <br />The Finance Committee recommended that the City <br />research the possibility of finding community <br />organizations that would be interested in adopting public <br />planting strips. The City could continue to provide the <br />labor if community organizations pay for the cost to <br />purchase the plants. <br />22. Neighborhood Eliminate City costs for planting residential street trees. <br />Street Tree Revenue from charge to property owners will offset cost <br />Planting for 140 trees at $50 each, only the cost of the trees. <br />(General) <br />23. E14th Banner Eliminate City program costs for banner placement across <br />Replacement East 14th Street. Adventure Camp Transfer registration of participants directly to the park <br />(General) district. The City contributed only a small portion of the <br />costs for the Adventure Camp program by registering <br />participants. <br />27.
