(1800) <br />The City Council: <br />(1) Approved the revised Library design and the project budget, not to exceed $13.5 million; <br />(2) Directed staff to pursue the potential of utilizing the multiple prime construction approach for <br />the Library Retrofit/Renovation/Expansion project; and <br />(3) Directed staff to begin preparing the appropriate contracts and resolutions for City Council <br />consideration at the November 16, 1998, Meeting. <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Galvan.
