The City Council appointed Council <br />Member Gordon Galvan Vice Mayor. <br />44 <br />08-03-98 <br />1051 <br />Refuse, Recyclin , Sewer, and Storm Water Rate Increases; Matter of <br />1078 <br />Adoption of Proposed Rate Increases for Refuse, Recycling, Sewer, and Storm <br />1934 <br />Water Service Charges (required Public Hearing, in accordance with <br />1221 <br />Proposition 218, for adoption of property -related fees).
