The City Council rejected the proposed rate increase for <br />1221 <br />Storm Water service charges, leaving the storm water fee at $2.19 per month, <br />2318 <br />and approved staff recommendations nos. 2 and 3 on page 2 of the "Revised <br />Schedule for User Fee Service Rates," as follows: (See Minute Order No. 98- <br />50 for Items 2 and 3 forspecifics.) <br />1019 <br />Boards and Commissions; Matter of Re -Nominations of Members to Boards <br />51 <br />08-17-98 <br />1017 <br />and Commissions. The City Council approved, by one motion and vote, all of <br />1018 <br />the re -nominations of Members to Boards and Commissions, as listed under <br />1020 <br />New Business, Items 6.A through 6.D: (See Minute Order No. 98-51 for <br />names of the Board and Commission Members. <br />Matter of A-98-3; Amendment to the San Leandro Zoning Code to Include <br />52 <br />09-09-98 <br />1099 <br />Requirements for the Siting of Telecommunications Facilities, Such as, <br />1977 <br />Telecommunications Towers, Antenna, and Alternative Tower Structures <br />(establishes general guidelines for wireless telecommunications facilities). <br />The City Council certified the Negative Declaration for A-98-3 as complete <br />and in compliance with CEQA Guidelines. <br />Matter of A-98-2; Amendment to the San Leandro Zoning Code and the San <br />53 <br />09-08-98 <br />1099 <br />Leandro Municipal Code Regarding Adult -Oriented Businesses (provides for <br />1977 <br />the regulation and licensing of adult -oriented businesses in keeping with recent <br />court decisions; allows adult -oriented businesses to locate in the IP Industrial <br />Park, IG Industrial General, and IL Industrial Limited Districts, if they comply <br />with licensing and minimum -proximity from impacted uses requirements). <br />Continued from the April 6 and April 20, 1998, City Council Meetings at <br />the Request of Staff. The City Council directed staff to prepare and <br />promulgate such documents as to ensure the signs and building appearance <br />will have a degree of architectural conformity and be appropriate with the <br />surrounding area. <br />
