-1% <br />SUPPLEMENTAL <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND THE <br />SAN LEANDRO CITY EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION <br />This supplemental Memorandum of Understanding (Supplement) modifies the Memorandums of <br />Understanding between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro City Employees' Association <br />for the period of July 1, 1995 through December 31, 1997. <br />Section 1 - INTRODUCTION <br />Pursuant to Section 6 of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Leandro and <br />the San Leandro City Employees' Association, the parties have met and conferred to review certain <br />salary provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding. The parties have agreed to modify the <br />Memorandum of Understanding as set forth below. <br />Section 2- SALARIES <br />a. Classifications to Have Y- Rate Removed - Upon review of updated comparison data, the <br />parties have agreed that the following classifications shall have their Y-rate removed effective July <br />1, 1996 and therefore shall receive the 2 percent wage increase effective July 1, 1996. <br />Associate Planner <br />Office Coordinator <br />Associate Engineer <br />Surveyor <br />Senior Engineering Inspector <br />Engineering Inspector <br />Engineering Technician <br />Senior Engineering Aide <br />Electrician <br />Master Mechanic - HVAC <br />Senior Equipment Supervisor <br />Equipment Operations Supervisor <br />Automobile Mechanic <br />Equipment Mechanic <br />Senior Grounds Supervisor <br />Senior Sanitation Supervisor <br />Senior Street Supervisor <br />Street Maintenance Worker III <br />b. Vacation Sell Back - Individuals in classifications listed below which were not eligible to <br />receive the 2 percent salary increase effective July 1, 1996, shall have right to sell up to 40 hours <br />
