This program is designed to develop <br />leadership skills that participants will use both on-the-job. and in civic activities. with the <br />objective of producing San Leandro's next generation of business and community leaders. <br />These are the types of individuals who will likely have key roles in representing San <br />Leandro to the rest of the region in the future. <br />Roles and Responsibilities. This program is coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce <br />coordinator. and relies extensively on volunteer participation from outside experts to <br />provide the training components of the program. <br />Priori"-: HIGH. This is an existing program. <br />Costs and Sources of Funds. This program is funded within the existing Chamber of <br />Commerce operating budget. to which the City contributes.
