In addition to providing <br />database printouts. one inexpensive method of distribution would be to include the <br />database information on a World Wide Web site maintained by the Chamber or Cit-, as <br />recommended in Action 1.18. <br />As an adjunct to this action. Economic Development staff should request that local <br />commercial real estate brokers provide regularly updated printouts of their available <br />properties lists in order to keep current on the availability sites that are available to <br />accommodate users who may approach the City for site location assistance. <br />Roles and Responsibilities. This development opportunity database should be maintained <br />by City staff, with cooperation from property owners and real estate brokers.
