RECEIVED
SANLEANDRO
JUL 111997
July 6,1997
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPT.
Dear City Council of San Leandro:
We live in a very beautiful neighborhood in Bay-O-Vista. Our streets and yards are clean
and maintained. We are considerate of each other and our neighborhood. We strive to
maintain the high property values our homes deserve.
During the month of April this year, our new neighbors at 1862 Edgehill Court began
moving into their new home. We were happy to see them moving in because the house
had been vacant for many months. But to our dismay, shortly after they began moving in
two large full-sized limousines appeared on the street in front of their house.
We feel that the limousines are extremely unattractive in our neighborhood or any
neighborhood that the residents have worked hard to maintain their properties in excellent
condition during a poor real estate economy.
On July, 16 1997, at the city council meeting in City Hall, We hope that our dilemma will
be resolved. We hope that the City Council will help us moved the limousines from
Edgehill Court and placed them at a proper parking facility.
Thank you for your time and effort in this matter. With your help We are sure that this
matter will be solved efficiently.
Thank you again.
Sincerely,
Name:
719,
44
Jan
Address:
c
p2 % CT jfjLL, 7.
