1862 Edgehill Ct. Appeal 3 August 7, 1997 <br />Community Preservation Hearing Board Action <br />The Hearing Board found the condition to be a public nuisance and required the following action: <br />1. By no later than August 1, 1997: Remove one of the two stretch limousines from the public <br />street, to an area not in public view, except if located within a storage facility or other legal off -site <br />location. <br />2. Following the August 1, 1997 deadline and until such time that a legal and primary off-street <br />parking area can be established for limousines, no more than one limousine shall be parked on the <br />street at a time. <br />3. By no later than July 16, 1998: Both stretch limousines shall have a legal off-street parking <br />space, whether on the private property of 1862 Edgehill court or another legal off -site location, <br />which will be used and considered the primary parking space for the limousines. <br />CONCLUSION <br />In response to continued complaints from the neighborhood, staff recommends that the City <br />Council require the removal of the limousines within 30 days, based on the staff recommended <br />findings. <br />Attachments: <br />July 6, 1997 Petition <br />July 16, 1997 Findings of Fact and Order <br />July 22, 1997 Appeal <br />SLMC 3-1-205 (b)(1) <br />GAJOANMEDGEMLL.DOC <br />
