Construction of LAVWMA Export Expansion Project. 7 2.1 EBDA agrees that a new pipeline constructed as part of the LAVWMA 8 Export Expansion Project may be connected to EBDA's system, provided however, that 9 EBDA staff shall review and concur in the design to insure its compatibility with the 10 Authority's forcemain and outfall system. LAVWMA shall have sole discretion to 11 determine the size and wet weather pumping capacity of the Export Expansion System. 12 3. LAVWMA Participation in EBDA Operation, Maintenance, and Special Study 13 Costs 14 3.1 LAVWMA shall participate in all costs of the Authority, except those 15 specifically associated with the pump stations at Alvarado and Hayward, and the 16 forcemain from Alvarado to Oro Loma. 17 3.2 Said costs shall include the following: operation, maintenance, 18 administration, studies, reports, and renewal and replacement of equipment. 19 3.3 Certain costs shall be allocated on a case by case basis subject to the 20 agreement of EBDA and LAVWMA. 21 3.4 LAVWMA cost sharing shall be as identified in Exhibit "A", attached hereto 22 and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein. 23 4.
