A business improvement pool for signage, advertising and improvements to <br />businesses directly affected by construction. <br />In addition, the City may require boring and jacking at the intersection of Washington <br />Avenue and Lewelling Boulevard as well as other customary conditions of a City standard <br />encroachment permit such as limits on work, limits on street closure, street overlay, trench <br />compaction, etc. We also look forward to receiving a copy of any future environmental <br />reports for the LAVWMA project and will comment further at that time. Among the items <br />which will be under consideration as potential suggested mitigation measures will be <br />signalization of Wicks at Mission Bay and at Burkhart, contribution for signalization of <br />Andover at Lewelling and signalization of Grant at Arroyo High School.
