Prior to issuance of building permits, all details and plans of the proposed single- <br />family homes shall be submitted to the Development Services director for review and <br />approval per Zoning Code Section 2-590. The proposed single family homes shall <br />be compatible with adjacent and surrounding structures and architecturally <br />compatible with its surroundings. <br />C. Construction activity outdoor on the project site shall not commence prior to 7:00 <br />a.m. and shall cease by 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and shall not commence <br />prior to 8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. <br />D. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise, or safety hazards for adjacent <br />properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto Boxwood Avenue, Hubbard <br />Avenue, or Manor Boulevard from the project site. <br />E. There shall be no outside storage of any type in loading or on -site parking areas. <br />Those areas shall be kept free of obstruction and available for their designated use at <br />all times. <br />F. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the <br />Conditions of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />G.
