99082835 <br />9. The applicant shall obtain an encroachment Permit from the <br />Engineering and Transportation Department for any work within the <br />public right-of-way. <br />10. Sanitary sewer service to the project shall be provided as directed and <br />approved by the Oro Loma Sanitary District. <br />11. Prior to the recordation of the final map with the Alameda County <br />Recorder, Subdivider shall submit to the City Engineer a computer <br />disk with a file of the points and lines of the final map in a an <br />AUTOCAD readable format compatible with the City's Automated <br />Mapping System. <br />12. Subdivider shall plant an average of at least one (1) street tree per lot <br />within the project frontage and shall maintain these street trees for not <br />less than three years or until the trees are well established. Street tree <br />locations shall be approved by the City Engineer. Street tree species <br />shall be approved by the City Landscape supervisor. <br />13. The applicant shall install one (1) street light at the end of the cul-de- <br />sac. Exact location shall be determined by the City Engineer, prior to <br />approval of the final map. <br />14. Public Utility Easements, 5 ft. wide, shall be provided on each lot, <br />parallel to and behind the public street right-of-way line. <br />15. All ground -mounted TV Cable facilities shall be installed in <br />accordance with the City's "Design and Construction Standards for <br />Ground -Mounted TV Cable Facilities." <br />16. Installation of street lights, fire hydrants, street signs, and any other <br />above ground appurtenance shall comply to the City of San Leandro's <br />Standard Details and Specifications, and shall be placed behind the <br />sidewalk within the public right-of-way or public utilities easement <br />required above. <br />17. All details of construction, including on -site pavement slopes, <br />pavement section design, illumination, drainage, et cetera, are subject <br />to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />II. GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />A.
