San Leandro Council Member Handbook | 20212022 <br />72 | Page <br /> <br /> <br />Technology Allowance <br />City Council Members and the Mayor may be reimbursed for technology expenses incurred on <br />City business. The amount for reimbursement shall not exceed $175 per month for all <br />technology related expenses. <br /> <br />Administration <br />City staff will prepare monthly expense reports for Council members and the Mayor. All <br />expense reimbursement forms must be submitted no later than 30 days from date of incurring <br />the expense.
