CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO. 96-7 <br />SUBJECT: CIP Program; Motion Directing Staff to Incorporate Into the <br />Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Portion of the Annual Budget <br />the Policy Entitled, "Capital Improvement Program - A Framework <br />for Public Investment," and for Projects Recommended for <br />Inclusion in the Annual Capital Improvement Program to Adhere to <br />the General Principles and Guidelines Set Forth in the Policy <br />MEETING DATE: February 20, 1996 <br />Minute Order No. 96-7, Motion Directing Staff to Incorporate Into the Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) Portion of the Annual Budget the Policy Entitled, <br />"Capital Improvement Program - A Framework for Public Investment," and for <br />Projects Recommended for Inclusion in the Annual Capital Improvement Program to <br />Adhere to the General Principles and Guidelines Set Forth in the Policy. <br />On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval, seconded by Council <br />Member Kerr, with Council Member Loeffler absent (1), and carried by a majority <br />vote (6), the City Council directed staff to incorporate into the Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) portion of the annual budget the policy entitled, <br />"Capital Improvement Program - A Framework for Public Investment," and for <br />projects recommended for inclusion in the annual Capital Improvement Program to <br />adhere to the general principles and guidelines set forth in the policy. <br />Alice Calvert <br />City Clerk <br />AC:dd <br />Attachment <br />D:\MINORDER\1996\022096-2 <br />
