CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO. 96-23 <br />SUBJECT: Renaissance Conference Center at <br />Former Blue Dolphin Site at <br />30 San Leandro Marina, Matter of Proposed <br />MEETING DATE: June 26, 1996 <br />Minute Order No. 96-23, Matter of Proposed Renaissance Conference Center at <br />Former Blue Dolphin Site at 30 San Leandro Marina. <br />On motion by Council Member Lothrop, who moved its approval, seconded by Council <br />Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7), the City Council authorized <br />the City Manager to sign a Letter of Intent and to expend $60,000, recoverable <br />from the project for design, landscaping, and survey costs. <br />Mayor Corbett noted that lease documents, construction issues, and other matters <br />will come back before the Council. <br />Alice Calvert <br />City Clerk <br />AC:dd <br />Attachment <br />F:\MINORDER\062696-1 <br />
