' % Casa Peralta <br />-3- <br />June 17, 1996 <br />The current Casa Peralta facilities does not meet accessibility requirements as mandated by <br />ADA and Title 24. The second phase of the project consists of upgrading the Tower to <br />provide a bathroom and kitchen facilities meeting those requirements. This work includes <br />exterior ramping, widening of doors, remodeling of the bathroom fixtures, work surfaces, <br />sinks, and work surfaces in the kitchen area. <br />The pre -design budget presented to Council for this work was $54,444.
