via Washington Blvd., which have resulted in a number of accidents and include poor <br />visibility when exiting the complex; the inability to accelerate to merge safely with <br />traffic on Washington; the inability to safely make a left-hand turn (south) from the <br />apartment complex onto Washington (in order to access Nimitz freeway); <br />4. The availability of a pedestrian gate onto Harold Avenue provides <br />greater safety for pedestrians than travelling on Washington Avenue; and <br />5. The necessity of access by the Fire Department from Harold Avenue <br />into the complex. <br />I Problems associated with a driveway from the apartments to Harold Avenue: <br />A.
